Automatic cut-to-length processing
Two automatic lines that decoil, level and shear coil into flat sheets at programmed lengths — the starting point for many perforated, bent and fabricated products.
Two lines, two widths
Line A processes material up to 3 mm thick and 1,300 mm wide. Line B processes material up to 2 mm thick and 1,000 mm wide. Both are listed as automatic shearing lines.
Why it matters to buyers
Cutting from coil in-house gives JASSCO control over blank sizes for downstream perforation, bending and fabrication. Buyers who need sheet blanks only can also request cut-to-length material.
