In-house powder coating
An integrated finishing stage for fabricated metal products, bringing component manufacture and surface finishing within the same production programme.

Typical process sequence
- Surface preparation — cleaning and pre-treatment before coating.
- Powder application — dry powder applied to the part.
- Curing — the coated part is heated so the powder flows and cures.
- Final inspection — visual and specified checks before packing.
