Quality and certifications
Our vision is to be recognised for quality, innovation, dependable delivery and lasting customer partnerships. This page explains how quality requirements are agreed on each order.
How quality requirements are agreed
Every buyer's requirements are different. Rather than make general claims, we confirm the quality and documentation requirements for each order at the quotation stage. The areas below form the basis of that discussion.
Drawing and revision control
Work is quoted and produced against an identified drawing and revision. Changes are confirmed in writing before they reach production.
Material identification
Material grade is confirmed at quotation. Where material certificates or traceability are required, state this in your enquiry so availability can be confirmed.
Dimensional inspection
Inspection points and sampling are agreed against your drawing's critical dimensions.
Welding and finishing requirements
Weld details, appearance standards and coating specifications are taken from your drawing and agreed before production.
Batch identification and packaging
Labelling, batch identification and packing method are agreed per order.
Inspection records
Where inspection reports or documentation are required, the scope is agreed in the quotation.
Certifications
Certifications held by JASSCO Steel will be published on this page with the certificate number, issuing body, scope and validity once verified.
If your supplier approval process requires specific certifications, audits or documents, please raise this at enquiry and we will respond with the documentation available.
Continuous improvement
We continue to invest in production quality and efficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement, consistent products and dependable delivery.
