Straight-cut blanks and strips prepared on two NC shearing machines: hydraulic up to 6 mm × 3,000 mm, and pneumatic up to 2.5 mm × 2,500 mm.
Where shearing fits
Shearing is the fastest way to cut sheet into rectangular blanks and strips. At JASSCO it prepares material for perforation, bending, rolling and pressing, and supplies cut-to-size sheet where a buyer needs blanks only.
Two machines for different gauges
The NC hydraulic shear handles up to 6 mm across 3,000 mm. The NC pneumatic shear handles lighter material up to 2.5 mm across 2,500 mm. For high-volume blanks from coil, see cut-to-length processing.
