When you submit an enquiry or request for quotation we collect the details you enter — such as your name, company, business email, country, telephone number, your requirement and any files you upload. Our web host also records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in server logs for security and operation of the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Your drawings and files

Drawings and technical files you send are used only to evaluate and respond to your enquiry and to manufacture any order you place. They are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties except where needed to fulfil your order (for example a specialist sub-process), and then only with your agreement.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are delivered by email to our sales team and a copy is kept on our web hosting server. Our email and hosting providers may store data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage the business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.
