MEP installation & commissioning
Integrated MEP solutions, engineered for performance, safety and reliability — HVAC, electrical, fire systems and acoustics, installed and commissioned to approved drawings and project specifications.

- HVAC Systems
- Electrical Installation
- Firefighting & Fire Separation
- Acoustic Lining
- Vehicle Test Acoustics
Scope, testing and documentation are agreed for each project against the approved drawings, specifications and the requirements of the relevant authority. Photographs are representative of the services described.
HVAC Systems
JASSCO's MEP services vertical supports coordinated HVAC installation, testing and commissioning for industrial and commercial facilities, from equipment placement to system handover.

Chiller installation
Equipment positioning, bases and vibration isolation; chilled-water connections, insulation, electrical and control interfaces.
Duct & pipe installation
Duct fabrication and installation, hangers and supports, dampers, insulation and coordination with ceiling and other services.
Chilled-water pump installation
Pump and base installation, alignment, piping, valves, strainers, instrumentation and vibration isolation.
Cooling-tower installation
Cooling-tower placement, support bases, condenser-water connections and coordination of fan drives and controls.
Electrical Installation
A coordinated electrical installation service covering power distribution, equipment controls and cable containment, aligned with approved drawings and project specifications.

Control & power panels
Installation of power-distribution panels, MCCs, VFD and control panels. Scope includes positioning, alignment and anchoring; cable glanding and termination; earthing and identification; control wiring and interlock checks. Inspection and commissioning follow approved drawings and manufacturer instructions.
Cable trays & cables
Tray and ladder installation with brackets and supports; coordinated routing, cable pulling, dressing, segregation, tagging and termination.
Firefighting & Fire Separation
Installation services for firefighting networks and fire separation, coordinated with approved fire strategies, specified system details and the requirements of the relevant authority.

Firefighting installation
Fire pumps and associated piping, hydrant and hose-reel networks, sprinkler pipework, valves, supports and equipment identification, as specified.
Fire separation & firestopping
Installation of fire-rated partitions and barriers to maintain compartmentation. Seal pipe, cable and duct penetrations and construction joints using specified tested systems. Coordinate fire doors and dampers, inspect perimeter seals and fixings, and document completed firestop locations for handover.
Acoustic Lining
Acoustic lining for auditoriums, test facilities and building services, using specified absorptive materials, suitable facings and coordinated wall, ceiling and enclosure details to meet the project acoustic design.

Auditorium acoustics
Wall and ceiling acoustic lining, absorptive panels, baffles and specified reflective finishes to control reverberation and support speech clarity. Coordinated fixing, joint detailing and integration with lighting and HVAC services.
Test-facility acoustics
Acoustic lining for equipment test rooms, test cells and acoustic enclosures, including specified absorptive infill, protective facings, doors and ventilation silencers. Treatment selected for the noise source and intended test conditions.
Vehicle Test Acoustics
Acoustic treatment for vehicle and component test facilities, supporting noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) evaluation. Wall and ceiling lining is coordinated with the chamber design, test equipment and required measurement conditions.

Wall & ceiling treatment
Installation of specified absorptive lining, modular acoustic panels or anechoic wedges to reduce sound reflections. Coordinate infill, facings, support frames, joints and edge protection with the acoustic design. Sound-isolating wall construction is specified separately to control noise transmission.
Test-cell interfaces & finishing
Coordinate acoustic doors, sealed cable and pipe penetrations, ventilation silencers and exhaust interfaces. Retain vehicle clearance and access to test equipment. Verify lining dimensions, fixing quality and seals; chamber acceptance is checked against the agreed acoustic test requirements.
What to send for an MEP enquiry
- Project location and type of facility
- Approved drawings, schematics and equipment schedules
- Scope split: supply, installation, testing and commissioning
- Applicable specifications, fire strategy or acoustic design criteria
- Programme, site access and handover requirements
Manufacturing support from our own plant
MEP projects can draw on JASSCO's manufacturing programme for items such as cable trays, brackets, supports and fabricated assemblies, perforated acoustic facings and acoustic panels, subject to project specification.
